I grew up in Hermosa Beach, California where I spent most of my youth surfing. In ’95 studied photography at Santa Monica College where I learned to shoot, process, and print with film, yes film – color and B&W. When I think about it, makes me feel pretty old but I’m still quite young, I turned 53 this year. In-between shoots I fill my time with chasing my kids around and riding motorcycles, dirt and street. My photography jobs have taken me all over the US, mostly NY, LA, and Miami.
My credits include a good number of magazine covers, several for ESPN, two for Architecture Record, two for Prevention, one for Robb Report. Shooting for me is a pleasure and like to create a calm, fun environment to work in. I can shoot with studio lighting inside or out, and I can manage available light if needed for quick set up and break down.
