• Benjamin Segal offers professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait, family, maternity, boudoir, and head shot photography.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (cash, Venmo, or Zelle accepted).

• Session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule or cancel your session by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee (policy details to be finalized).

5. Image Rights

• Benjamin Segal retains the copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a license for personal use of delivered images.

• Commercial use or publication requires written consent from Benjamin.

6. Use of Studio & Props

• Clients may bring their own props or use those available in the studio.

• Clients are responsible for the condition of any props they bring.

7. Delivery of Photos

• Edited digital photos are delivered within 3–4 business days via digital download (Flash Drive or SmugMug).

• Prints are not included unless specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Benjamin Segal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website.
